a one on one 30 minute meeting with a certified personal trainer,

weekly check ins to see how everyone is progressing.

Current Members: $75 (Includes full challenge access)

Buddy Deal: Sign up with a friend and pay just $300 each!

Extra Classes: $10 each for new participants who want to take more than 3 per week.

All participants will be entered to win a special prize at the end of the challenge!

Weekly Themes

Week 1 (Nov 2–8): Commit & Reset

Focus on rebuilding consistency and motivation.

Nutrition Challenge: Add one extra serving of fruits or vegetables per day.

Week 2 (Nov 9–15): No Added Sugar Week

Increase awareness and energy by avoiding added sugars and choosing natural sweetness.

Nutrition Challenge: Skip added sugars; focus on whole, naturally sweet foods.

Week 3 (Nov 16–22): No Alcohol Week

Focus on hydration, recovery, and better sleep quality.

Nutrition Challenge: Replace alcohol with mocktails or refreshing hydration drinks.

Week 4 (Nov 23–29): Balanced Energy Meals

Build sustainable energy and balance in your meals all week long.

Nutrition Challenge: Include balanced carbs, protein, and healthy fats in each meal.

Week 5 (Nov 30–Dec 6): Mindful Movement

Slow down and connect with your body’s signals and needs.

Nutrition Challenge: No screens during meals — eat slowly and mindfully.

Week 6 (Dec 7–13): Gratitude & Glow

Celebrate your consistency, progress, and community connection.

Nutrition Challenge: Add one new wellness ritual to your daily routine.
